Pre-Thanksgiving Festivus

Last night, I worked my way to my friend Heathers for Thanksgiving. Seeing so many cute photos online of people using Christmas lights as props, we decided to play around and give things a try. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Love is all around us. Just look.

Love in Nature. Nature, in love

 Over the summer, my parents came to visit, and one day we took a stroll through the gardens at Mt. Vernon. While in that garden, I was overcome by all the love and beauty which surrounded me. Of course, there was my family, whom I only get to see a few times a year. But there was also this beautiful space, and the living creatures that frequent it. Much love and dedication went into caring for this beautiful garden. The birds, bees, and butterflies also did their job of keeping the garden alive and vibrant.

Love is not only found through human connections, but all throughout nature. Slow down; take the time to soak in and appreciate the beauty and love around you. It is there. All you have to do is look.
